What does sustainability mean to us?

Environment

We take responsibility for choosing solutions that positively impact the environment, so we work with business partners who share our values and commitment to sustainability. By supporting responsible business practices, we aim to minimise the negative impact of our operations on the environment.

We provide our services based on data center facilities powered exclusively by energy from renewable sources, certified by certificates of origin. This choice allows us to significantly reduce our services’ CO2 emissions and support the energy transition.

Saving resources is one of the fundamental pillars of our strategy. We use solutions that optimise energy consumption and minimise our environmental impact. In our day-to-day operations, we reduce the use of paper and other consumables, relying on digital solutions and sustainable work processes.

We ensure that the waste generated in our company is properly segregated and recycled. Our procedures also include responsibly managing used IT equipment, allowing us to reuse materials and minimise electro-waste.

We only work with suppliers who share our environmental values. Our selection criteria include green production practices, ethical labour standards and responsible raw material management. This enables us to ensure that the entire supply chain meets sustainability standards.

We support our customers on their journey towards sustainable digital transformation. Services provided on Beyond.pl’s low-carbon data center infrastructure allows our customers to reduce their carbon footprint in their value chains.

Social

Social responsibility is the cornerstone of sustainability in our organisation. We strive to have a positive impact on our communities, starting with our employees and supporting local and global initiatives. Our values are based on transparency, sharing experiences, and collaboration, allowing us to build lasting relationships with our customers and partners.

People

Within the Employee Training Budget framework, we allocate additional funds for training, studies, and Polish or foreign conferences in line with the employee’s development path in the organisation.
