Beyond Solutions Sp. z o.o. guarantees the security of data, including personal data, owned by users who visit the  www.beyondsolutions.pl website.

The controller of personal data collected through the website www.beyondsolutions.pl is Beyond Solutions Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań (61-248), ul. Kręglewskiego 11, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS No. 0001099085 (hereinafter referred to as “Beyond Solutions”).

As the User, you have the right to decide to what extent your data can be used by Beyond Solutions. You have the following rights:

  1. to request access to and rectification of your personal data,
  2. to have your personal data erased or to restrict its processing,
  3. to data portability,
  4. to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including profiling and direct marketing,
  5. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, if the processing of the User’s personal data is based on such consent; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent prior to its withdrawal,
  6. to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Open Web Analytics (OWA)

Our website the Open Web Analytics (OWA) analytics tool to analyze website traffic. Open Web Analytics (OWA) uses analytical cookies. These cookies are used exclusively for statistical purposes and to analyze how Users interact with our website.

OWA is analytics software installed directly on the Controller’s server. The data collected by the system remains under the Controller’s control and is not transferred to third parties.

The Controller and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company act as joint controllers pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR with respect to the processing of statistical data related to page users under the LinkedIn Page Insights functionality.

When using functionalities that redirect to the LinkedIn platform, a connection to LinkedIn’s servers may be established.

The use of the LinkedIn plugin is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest in maintaining communication with users, promoting the Controller’s activities, and building relationships with audiences via social media (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The Controller processes Users’ personal data in order to conduct communication within the LinkedIn platform, for statistical and advertising purposes carried out through tools provided by LinkedIn, to manage the account maintained on LinkedIn, to fulfil obligations related to personal data protection including handling User requests, and to establish, pursue, or defend against claims.

The Controller stores the data for as long as necessary to achieve the indicated purposes, but no longer than until posts, comments, or messages on LinkedIn are deleted or until an effective objection is lodged.

Data collected by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company through the use of LinkedIn are subject to retention under the rules defined in LinkedIn’s terms of service.

Users’ personal data may be processed in an automated manner—the Controller may use profiling to assess certain information about Users, including to analyse or predict preferences related to the use of LinkedIn; however, this will not produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect Users.

Due to the use of services provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Users’ personal data may be transferred to third countries, in particular the United States of America (USA). Data transfers are carried out in accordance with the rules established by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company in its privacy policy and using appropriate safeguards required under the GDPR, in particular on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by using the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
