Report an Infringement

Beyond Solutions Sp. z o.o. provides a mechanism for reporting the conduct of employees and collaborators in a work-related context, within the scope and in accordance with the procedure described below.

What can be reported?
Conduct that breaches the ethical principles and other standards of the Company, in particular behaviour constituting mobbing, harassment, or discrimination; unfair conduct towards customers; disclosure of business secrets; and misuse of Company property or resources.

Who can submit a report?
A report may be submitted by any person.

How to submit a report?
Reports should be sent by email to: zgloszenia@beyondsolutions.pl. Please include a description of the incident, including the date and circumstances, as well as any other information that may enable clarification actions to be taken.

What happens after a report is submitted?
Reports are handled by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Officer. Receipt of the report is acknowledged within 7 days. Explanatory proceedings are then conducted, and feedback is provided within up to 3 months.

Confidentiality
The identity of the reporting person is protected. A report made in good faith shall not give rise to any adverse consequences for the reporting person.
