Beyond.pl announces carve-out of infrastructure services and Managed Services into Beyond Solutions – its new entity

Beyond.pl has announced the carve-out of a new independent company – Beyond Solutions -which takes over the delivery of Managed Services and infrastructure services (cloud, IaaS, colocation). The establishment of this new entity and separation of competencies is a strategic step designed to enable both organizations to better pursue their business priorities, scale up operations, and more effectively support large-scale IT projects. Beyond.pl has recently closed another successful year, reporting a 26% revenue increase compared to 2023 – marking the 3rd consecutive year of growth. 

The division of competencies results in two independent yet complementary sister companies operating on the market: Beyond.pl and the newly launched Beyond Solutions. Both are managed by Wojciech Stramski as CEO and Wojciech Darłowski as Management Board Member.

Beyond Solutions – as IT Service Provider 

Beyond Solutions launches with a strong foundation – financial stability, a 70+ team of experts, and a client base of nearly 500 organizations. All existing agreements and commitments by Beyond.pl will remain in force and continue to be fulfilled by Beyond Solutions under unchanged terms. Customers can expect the same high level of service, quality, and support they have always received.

The new company will leverage data center infrastructure provided by its sister organization, including Data Center 2, one of the most secure facilities in this part of Europe – powered entirely by certified renewable energy. 

Data Centers as AI Factories 

Beyond.pl will continue its growth strategy in the Central and Eastern European data center market, focusing on its role as an investor, owner, and operator of data centers. Post carve-out, the company is sharpening its focus on wholesale colocation solutions, serving both traditional IT infrastructures and high-density environments supporting supercomputing, AI, and Machine Learning workloads. 

This direction was already signaled in September 2024, when Beyond.pl announced plans to nearly double the capacity of its Campus in Poznan, Poland – from 86 MW to 150 MW – and to support high-density IT environments of 140+ kW per rack.
